Here are my sentences from class and the responses to them:
- The body is the primary mode of perceiving scale.
Response: In my Kung Fu class my teacher tells us that the most important body parts we use to listen are the eyes, ears, and the frontal view. My teacher tells us that the weakest points and the best part to attack a person is the throat, eyes, and on the spine. During form practice we use our body and mind to focus and bring out the movements; like instead of just arms and legs, it all comes from turning the waist and the breath.
- Complicity of objects to serve as teaches of authentic experience.

- The souvenir reduces the public, the monumental and three-dimensional into the miniature which can be enveloped by the body.
Response: Reminds me of someone's soul being bonded to something else.

Response: Alchemy's law of equivalent exchange is that you cannot gain anything without first giving something that is equal value to you in exchange for what you want.
- To have a souvenir of the exotic is to possess both a specimen and a trophy.
