Sentences and Responses

Here are my sentences from class and the responses to them:

  • The body is the primary mode of perceiving scale.
Response: In my Kung Fu class my teacher tells us that the most important body parts we use to listen are the eyes, ears, and the frontal view. My teacher tells us that the weakest points and the best part to attack a person is the throat, eyes, and on the spine. During form practice we use our body and mind to focus and bring out the movements; like instead of just arms and legs, it all comes from turning the waist and the breath.
